Otis Terrell’s Blues Revue

January 31, 2026. The TCBBS is proud to announce Otis Terrell’s Blues Revue will be at the Rialto Theater. Come check out this Kansas City bluesman in Steve and Lulu’s Bar from 11-2 pm. Special guests will be sitting in with him. If you have never been to one of his shows, you should make this one. We also have guitar that is being raffled off during his show.
