🚀 Event Submission Terms & Guidelines
Who Can Submit Events?

✅ We welcome event submissions that align with our mission to support the arts, music, culture, festivals, and theater in Rockport/Fulton, Texas.
✅ Events may be hosted by private art galleries, music venues, local businesses promoting arts and music related events, nonprofit organizations or community groups supporting the arts and culture of Rockport.
✅ All events must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.

❌ What Events Are NOT Accepted?
❌ We do NOT accept events hosted by for-profit businesses or commercial entities that have no affiliation with the arts.
❌ Political fundraisers, corporate promotions, commercial sales and community events that are not related to arts, festivals, culture or music will not be approved.
❌ Events that do not align with arts, music, culture, or theater will be declined.
❌ Any event that promotes offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content will be rejected.

📌 Submission & Approval Process
All event submissions will be reviewed before approval.
We reserve the right to refuse any event that does not meet our guidelines.
If your event is approved, it will appear on the calendar within 48 hours.
If we have questions about your submission, we may contact you for clarification.

📸 High-Quality Photo Requirement
A high-quality event photo is required for approval.
Blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images will not be accepted.
The photo should visually represent the event (e.g., promotional graphics, past event photos, or venue images).
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or WEBP (at least 1200x800 pixels recommended).

✅ How to Submit an Event
Please provide complete details, including event title, date, location, description, and contact information.
Select the appropriate event category (Arts, Music, Culture, Festivals, Theater, Christmas).
All Christmas events must be within Rockport or Fulton, but we will approve other categories within short driving distance.
If your event has an entry fee or ticket sales, please clarify that it is hosted by a local business, or arts related nonprofit.
Upload a high-quality image with your event submission.
