In this hands-on Chef’s Table experience, professional chef Deanna McCoy will guide you through creating traditional ragu alla bolognese from scratch and crafting fresh pasta by hand. You’ll mix, roll, cut, simmer, and plate together in a relaxed setting designed to feel more like gathering around a table than sitting in a class. This is hands-on, up close, and meant to be enjoyed at a slower pace.
With limited seating to keep the evening personal, you’ll have plenty of opportunity for instruction, conversation, and connection. Whether it’s a date night, a night out with friends, or simply something special for yourself, this is an invitation to pause and savor the process and leave with skills and confidence you can carry back into your own kitchen!
Sweet tea will be provided, but you are welcome to bring you own beverage of choice. All ingredients and tools are supplied by Chef Deanna.

ABOUT CHEF DEANNA: Chef Deanna McCoy is a highly trained and celebrated culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. She graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu and has worked alongside a Chopped Champion chef. Her career includes serving as a former Executive Chef at Marriott Hotels, corporate chef and culinary instructor, private chef, and culinary professional for Walt Disney World.
Chef Deanna is known for her engaging, hands-on teaching style and her ability to make complex techniques approachable and enjoyable. Each class is a one-of-a-kind experience filled with professional insight, practical skills, and genuine passion for the craft.
