SUMMARY:Moises Kaufman's "The Laramie Project".
DESCRIPTION:Tickets are now on sale for Rockport Little Theatre’s teen performance of Moises Kaufman’s “The Laramie Project”.\nThis dramatic production has been selected by our teens for RLT’s 2026 summer program\, “Centerstage: The Teen Connection”\, a top to bottom teen driven project where the students select the play and directors are chosen from the previous year’s performance. All participants are between the ages of 13-18 and they have taken great care in the development of this very powerful story.\n“The Laramie Project” is a deeply complex portrait of a community’s response to the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard\, a young gay man living in Laramie\, Wyoming. The actors play multiple roles while conveying contrasting views\, spotlighting the seismic and deeply personal impact Matthew’s death had on the small town while also demonstrating the power of the human spirit to triumph over bigotry and violence.\nWeekend Performances:\nJune 5th to 14th\, 2026\nFridays & Saturdays 7:00pm\nSunday Matinees 3:00pm\nTickets:\n$20 Adults (19+)\n$10 Teens (13-18)\nwww.rockportlittletheatre.com\nAlso available at the door on day of performance.\nFor Mature Audiences\nContains Some Violent\, Sexual & Discriminatory Language\n#teentheatre #teenviews #teentheater #rockporttxevents #rockporttexas #rockporttx

SUMMARY:Current Exhibition: Jennifer Arnold l A Layered Space: Coming Up For Air (v.6)
DESCRIPTION:Current Exhibition\nMay 7 – Aug 9\, 2026 \nJeanie & Bill Wyatt Gallery \nReception Saturday\, May 9 | 5-7PM \nA Layered Space: Coming Up For Air (v.6) expands this approach by transforming plants and trees into elaborate\, hybrid forms. Arnold combines real branches with Canvas Peel leaves and flowers from multiple species\, alongside unexpected materials such as scraps from her Closet Series. Acting as a horticulturist of this strange landscape\, Arnold aims to “almost overwhelm the viewer with a landscape totally twisted up—like elements our minds develop while we sleep\, with blended memories and objects.” \nIG: @arnoldjennifer \njenniferarnoldstudio.com

Wedding dress satin\, plaid\, and denim are reimagined as foliage\, collapsing distinctions between the natural and the domestic.

Arnold combines real branches with Canvas Peel leaves and flowers from multiple species\, alongside unexpected materials such as scraps from her Closet Series. Wedding dress satin\, plaid\, and denim are reimagined as foliage\, collapsing distinctions between the natural and the domestic.
